Lee’s approach to teaching Pilates is generous, thoughtful and deeply empathetic. Lee has over 10 years experience teaching the Pilates method and believes in its longterm benefits for overall wellness. Lee has education in movement specialties such as rehab protocols for spine and major joints, scoliosis, breath mechanics, and exercise for pre and postpartum. Lee feels her finest when she’s helping people in movement, watching someone’s body transform and cultivating strength. We are constantly learning and communicating with our team. This practice evolves the way we teach, the language we use and allows us to attune to cultural competencies that go beyond what we have traditionally learned through Pilates and mainstream movement modalities. We’re excited to move with you!
