We are a membership-based community offering semi-private (5:1) and private (1:1) Pilates sessions.

Unison classes are an intimate, semi-private reformer experience offered exclusively in person at our Parkdale studio.

With a class maximum of 5 people, you will be seen and cared for on an individual level, while benefiting from the energy of moving in community. These cozy classes are 50 minutes in length, fostering motivation and inquiry as you explore your relationship with your body.

We believe in value and consistency with this practice and recommend at least 1 class weekly to reap the noticeable rewards of happiness, strength, mobility, resiliency, and ease as you move through the world.

SOLO SESSIONS

Solos, our signature service, are 1:1 appointments, 50 minutes in length, offered in a private room at our Parkdale studio and virtually via Zoom.

We know bodies, and because we work so intimately and consistently with our clients to have them feeling their Finest, we feel confident in supporting your body and your Pilates practice, wherever that may be.

Our approach to sharing Pilates serves as a powerful conduit for thoughtful connection, building and fostering relationships, mind-body integration, structural strength and resiliency, and general freedom in how you move through the world.
