If you are visiting us in-person please be familiar with our studio guidelines for sharing space.

 

Cancellations

Solo: 24 Hours

Unison: 12 Hours

Cancellations must be made through your Fine Tune app or Momence account; any cancellations made via email to our Client Care team may not be logged for 48 hours.

Cancellations within 24 hours of Solo sessions and 12 hours of Unison classes are considered a ‘Late Cancel’ and will use a credit on your account as if you had attended. The same rules apply to a ‘No Show’ and ‘Waitlist’.

Notes on Waitlist:

Please only add yourself to a class waitlist you know you can make. You can be added to the waitlist up to 2 hours before class start. If you are added to class from a waitlist within 12 hours of class and cannot make it you will be charged. If your plans change please remove yourself from the waitlist so that others on the list may have an opportunity to join.

Late Arrival

Life happens.

Solo:

Please contact your instructor directly via the FT app or how you normally communicate. You can also reach out to the Client Care Team.

Instructors reserve the right to leave after 10 minutes with regards to an in-person session if there has been no contact.

Virtual sessions will be terminated after 10 minutes if we have not heard from you.

Unison:

Doors will be locked 10 minutes after class start time at which trying entry to class is not permitted and you will be charged for a late cancel/no show.

Please note that doors are also only accessible 10 minutes prior to class start time.

No exceptions.

Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule their appointments as availability allows and following our Cancellation Policy.

Fine Tune Pilates reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or use an alternate instructor of equal experience in the event of illness, personal injury, emergency, or otherwise.  

Any changes to your appointment or future sessions will be communicated in a respectful and timely manner.

Reservations

Pre-registration is required and scheduling early is always advised.

Solos can be booked from 30 days, up to 24 hours, in advance.

Unison classes can be booked from 30 days up to 12 hours, in advance.

If you do not receive an email confirmation of your reservation, it means you do not have one, please try again or contact us.

You can reschedule or cancel your appointments according to our cancellation policies, through the FT or Momence app. Changes made through our Client Care team can only be logged upon opening - expect communication turn around up to 48 hours.

Medical Concerns

If you have any movement concerns or restrictions, please let your instructor know before class or contact us before coming in. If you have acute medical conditions or concerns, please contact our Client Care Team to discuss how Pilates with us can best support your process.

Expiry/Sharing

Single drop-in purchases and class packs do not have an expiry and cannot be shared.

Solo Membership:

Refills on use or expires after 6 months from date of purchase. Shareable* with one person (buddy can be changed one time annually).

Unison Membership:

Refills on use or expires after 2 months for 4 classes/6 months for 12 classes, from date of purchase. Shareable* with one person (buddy can be changed one time annually).

*Sharing passes is defined by use, only. Billing cannot be shared.

Refunds/Transfers

No refunds.

A transfer of unused classes on a pass can be made to one person of your choice.

If your current pass or payment option isn’t working for you, please contact our Client Care Team for a solution.

In the event of a personal injury or illness that prevents you from being able to engage with Pilates, please contact our Client Care Team for membership suspension options.
